Lyosha’s New House

One of my Russian friends just bought a new house in Morrisville, near Raleigh.

It was dark when I was there, so I don’t have pix of the exterior.

But here are some photos of the inside:

Coming in the front door is the office on one side and the dining room on the other.

Down the hall is the living room on the right and the kitchen on the left.

Upstairs along a hallway is a guest room, spare bedroom, master bedroom,  master bath, huge walk-in closet, laundry room, and game room.

On the third floor is an unfinished attic big enough for another apartment!

The area around the Raleigh Airport, Cary and Morrisville is just packed with brand new, big houses like this.  It’s the only place in NC that I’m aware is still selling strong in the current poor real estate market.
